Dear Students,
Although the graduation system has closed, applications from students who have not yet registered but wish to attend the graduation ceremony will continue to be accepted until 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, July 5, 2026.
Students who wish to attend the graduation ceremony must submit their applications to the relevant contact person via the email addresses listed below, based on the program in which they are enrolled. Be sure to include your first and last name, student ID number, and the name of the program you are enrolled in in the body of the email. Also, include your first and last name and student ID number in the subject line of the email.
Students who wish to share a photo to be displayed on the LED screen during the ceremony may submit their photos via the same email.
Details regarding the emails and photos to be submitted are provided below.

Guidelines for Portrait Photos
- The photo may be a studio shot or taken in a suitable outdoor location in ID photo format, according to your preference.
- Since two students will appear on each slide, it is important that the photo be framed to include the head and shoulders to ensure visual coherence, and that there is sufficient space at the top and sides.
- The photo file name must be in the format "Student Number-First Name-Last Name."
- The photo must be in PNG or JPEG format.
- Photos that do not meet the specified requirements will not be used at the graduation ceremony.
