At the beginning of each academic year, student representative candidates coming out of each department by the academic calendar and processes specified in the regulations are elected in a democratic environment by the votes of the students of that department. Among the students selected as department representatives as a result of voting, the faculty representative is determined by re-election with the direction of the dean's office.
