Yıldız Technical University, Department of Business Administration, offers non-thesis master's programs in Business Management, Human Resources Management, and Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Management. The programs accept students in the fall and spring semesters each year.
Business Administration Non-Thesis Master's Program: The program aims to train managers and entrepreneurs who have adopted universal values in business management and attach importance to governance. Moreover, it provides job and career opportunities in areas such as marketing, sales, production, finance-accounting, and management organization in many different businesses operating in the field of production and service, from the banking sector to the advertising, health, informatics, automotive, and tourism sectors.
Human Resources Non-Thesis Master's Program: This program aims to train human resources managers who can apply contemporary approaches and new scientific developments in the field of profession, collect and analyze scientific data regarding the problems in the area of human resources and develop solutions.
Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Management Non-Thesis Master's Program: The program aims to give students information about personal and corporate entrepreneurship characteristics and to use techniques to measure and improve the dynamics of entrepreneurship and innovation climate within the institution.
